General Rules
- Check-in: All players must check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match time. Late check-in may result in forfeiture.
- Attire: Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are required. T-shirts, shorts, or skirts are acceptable. No jeans, sandals, or bare feet.
- Equipment: Paddles must meet USAPA standards. Balls will be provided by the tournament. Players may use their own paddle if approved by the referee.

Match Format (All Divisions)
- Each match is a single game to 11 points, win by 2 (e.g., 11-9, 12-10, etc.).
- Rally scoring is used: a point is scored on every serve, regardless of which team served.
- A 30-minute match cap applies. If the match reaches 30 minutes of play before a winner is determined, the player/team leading at that time wins. If tied, play continues until the next point is scored (sudden death).

Tournament Format
- The tournament is single elimination within each of the four separate divisions: Men’s Doubles Beginner, Men’s Doubles Novice, Women’s Doubles Beginner, Women’s Doubles Novice.
- Each division operates as its own bracket. Players compete only within their registered division.
- The winner of each match advances; the loser is eliminated. The final match in each division determines the champion.

Code of Conduct
- Sportsmanship: All players must exhibit respect toward opponents, officials, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g., profanity, racquet abuse, arguing) may result in a warning, point penalty, or disqualification at the referee’s discretion.
- Disputes: Only the team captain may address the referee regarding a rule interpretation. All referee decisions are final and binding.
- No coaching is permitted during play except during timeouts (one 60-second timeout per match per team).

Forfeits and Walkovers
- A team is considered late if not ready to play within 10 minutes of the scheduled match start time. The opposing team will be awarded a walkover (win by forfeit).
- If both teams are late, the match is declared a double forfeit, and neither advances.
- In case of injury or emergency, a 10-minute medical timeout may be granted. If the player cannot continue, the match is forfeited.
